The resort has many restaurants with tasty food. the beach had soft sand and lots of activities near the pool. i really appreciated the red flags the hotel provided. They helped me relax without salespeople bothering me. it made sunbathing peaceful!

Our room included a king-size bed, a seating area, and a balcony overlooking the gardens. the air conditioning worked very well. It kept the room cool. daily housekeeping ensured a clean and orderly space!

Wonderful stay with attentive staff!

I appreciated the staff's really good service. Mr Fathy from the front office and Mohammed Sayed were amazing. Medrat from the Agave Mexican restaurant always met my culinary needs (the tacos were delicious!). The beach staff, including Ramadan, Hany, Mohammed, and Walid, provided superb service.
The pathways need some maintenance as some tiles require replacement. A general repaint would improve the overall appearance. I hope they address this minor issue soon.

Our beautiful double room featured spacious, comfortable accommodations and nice furnishings. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant environment. The housekeeping team created nice towel animals.

The grounds and gardens are kept immaculate by hard-working gardeners. I found the beach to be very clean. There is a long jetty where one can walk out to the coral and snorkel around, very enjoyable.

The hotel offers a great beach location with clear access to the sea. A kite-surfing school is nearby and easily accessible. The hotel is close to various water sports and diving opportunities.

The bar staff were very attentive and friendly (especially Mohammed in the lobby bar!). Youaeff, the Aurora team leader, made sure we were well looked after. The animation team offered yoga and volleyball, great.
